When can I get the Tracking Number?

  • Tracking Number usually takes 2-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 2 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email.

 

  • If the tracking status is "not available" within 2 to 3 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.

 

How long does the shipping / Delivery take?

  • The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane;

 

  • Free Shipping delivery time within the United States is 12-18 days after processing.

 

  • DHL shipping delivery time within the United States is 8-12 days after processing.

 

  • Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season thanks for your understanding.

 

How can I track my product shipment?

What should I do if the received item is damage?

  • Firstly please do not worry. We will do everything to make you happy. Our customers are always our top priority, please do not forget this vision.

 

  • You must first send the damaged photos of the product to us at the latest 2 days after you receive the product. Please note that there are 2 days after the product reaches you in order to protect our rights and your rights.

 

  •  After reaching and examining the video and photos of the damaged product you have communicated to us, we ask you to send the product back to our address.

 

  • After the product reaches us in the same way, you have the right to refund or choose a new product.

 

  • To make up for this misfortune with the product, we promise to give you 30% gift vouchers on your first order
